Food and Hospitality Indonesia (FHI) 2025, also known as the Jakarta F&B Expo, will take place on July 22–25, 2025, at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) Kemayoran. As one of the country’s leading international trade exhibitions for the food, beverage, and hospitality industries, the event marks its 19th edition with a strong focus on sustainable culinary innovation.

Jakarta F&B Expo Returns with Global Impact

Over nearly three decades, the Jakarta F&B Expo has maintained its status as a top-tier business platform. This year, the exhibition will feature more than 700 producers, distributors, and retailers from 35 countries, including the United States, China, South Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand.

According to Juanita Soerakoesoemah, Portfolio Director of FHI 2025, “FHI has become a comprehensive solution and a guiding force in the industry, promoting connectivity across the F&B and hospitality sectors. It continues to be a dynamic platform driving innovation, sustainability, and industry advancement in Indonesia—one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing markets.”

With Indonesia welcoming 1.31 million international tourists in May 2025, a 14.01% increase year-on-year, the country remains an attractive and expanding market for global stakeholders in the sector.

Driving Sustainable Culinary Innovation in Indonesia

The central theme of this year’s event, “Building a Sustainable Future for the Culinary and Hospitality Industry,” reflects a growing demand for eco-conscious practices. FHI 2025 will present a series of new programs designed to highlight sustainable innovation, including:

  • Innovation Spotlight, where visitors can experience interactive product demonstrations and see the latest advancements from leading global brands.
  • TradeUp Pavilion, which offers a stage for emerging local businesses to connect with broader markets.

Leonarita Hutama, Marketing Communications Manager of FHI 2025, stated, “FHI 2025 showcases companies and brands committed to sustainability in the industry, featuring eco-friendly innovations such as organic materials, energy efficiency, sustainable packaging, and waste reduction.”

Business Opportunities and International Networking

Indonesia’s food and beverage industry continues to thrive. According to the Ministry of Industry, the sector recorded a 5.82% growth in Q3 2024. Simultaneously, Indonesia’s economy grew by 4.87% year-on-year in Q1 2025. FHI 2025 provides an unmatched opportunity for global stakeholders to tap into this momentum.
In addition to exhibitor booths, the expo features:

  • FHI Business Matching Program for targeted networking
  • Redbull Party Truck and Lalamove Recharge Station as engagement touchpoints
  • Industry seminars covering halal certification, investment, and export trends

Juanita added, “As a leading international hospitality, food, and beverage trade exhibition in Indonesia, FHI offers a unique gateway for global businesses to access Indonesia’s expanding market.”

FHI 2025 will also host a series of high-profile competitions and activities to engage professionals and elevate industry standards:
