According to reporting from Tempo, Indonesia’s Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani Indrawati has signed a new regulation regarding golden visa service rates through Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 82 of 2023 concerning Types and Tariffs for Types of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) Urgent Needs for Golden Visa Services Valid at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
“All non-tax state revenues urgently needed for golden visa services must be deposited into the state treasury,” reads Article 4 PMK 82/2023, as quoted by Tempo.
The types of PNBP for golden visa services include receipt of visas, immigration permits, and other PNBP Immigration.
Tempo are reporting the following golden visa service rates in the regulation:
A. Visas
- Visit visa for several trips for a maximum of 5-years: IDR 10-million per application.
- Visit visa for several trips for a maximum of 10-years: IDR 15-million per application.
- Limited stay visa: IDR 500,000 per application.
- Visa verification fee for certain categories I: IDR 1-million per application.
- Visa verification fee for certain categories II: IDR 2-million per application.
- Visa verification fee for certain categories III: IDR 8-million per application.
B. Immigration Permits
- Limited stay permit valid for a maximum of 5-years: IDR 7-million per application.
- Limited stay permit valid for a maximum of 10-years IDR 12-million per application.
- Permanent residence permit valid for a maximum of 5-years: IDR 7-million per application.
- Permanent residence permit valid for a maximum of 10-years: IDR 12-million per application.
- Permanent residence permit for an unlimited period of time: IDR 15-million per application.
- The re-entry permit is valid for a maximum of 5 years: IDR 3.5-million per application.
Re-entry permits valid for a maximum of 10 years: IDR 5-million per application. - Re-entry permit unlimited validity period: IDR 8-million per application.
- Permit to leave Indonesian territory without returning (exit permit only): IDR 100,000.
C. Other Immigration PNBP
- Reporting changes in civil status and immigration status: IDR 500,000 per application
